Named after Ferdinand Von Zeppelin, founder of the Zeppelin Airship Company, The Zeppelin Cafe' is located in the Germantown-Schnitzelburg area of Louisville. Family owned and operated, the Cafe' boasts an amazing array of delectable delights designed to entice your palate. Try our draught beer selection beginning with: Bell's-Two Hearted Ale & Obiron, Drifter Pale Ale, Goose Island- Matilda, Brooklyn-Pennant, Bass, BBC-Bourbon Barrel, New Albanian-Elector, Stella Artois, Amber Bock, Guinness, Harp and Railbender.
A little tidbit of history - The Zeppelin Cafe' operates in the original historic Heitzman's Bakery building. Colonel Harland Sanders was friends with the Heitzman's but did not trust banks so he would bring his daily deposits from his business and store it in the Heitzman's safe.
Offering outside dining during the warmer months, come by and shoot some pool upstairs in the Lounge or watch satellite sports showing continuously throughout....there is ALWAYS something fun to do at The Zeppelin Cafe'! |
